Client interface & relationship management: act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients, and build long-term client relationships through regular communication
Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify clients' individual needs and ensure satisfaction and retention
Information & communication management: inform clients about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio and design tailored programs
Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice, analyze existing benefits systems, and develop solutions to improve employee satisfaction
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong customer and service orientation
Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness
Clear, persuasive communication with strong presentation skills
Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and structured working style
High level of organizational skills and solid commercial/business know-how
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills
Affinity for technical topics
