Provide individualized advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement planning, with a particular focus on property insurance (P&C)
Support customers by phone, in writing, and virtually, ensuring a positive service and user experience
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes — from consultation through to implementation
Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, customer-focused manner
Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the areas of retirement planning, insurance, and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in insurance, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and a genuine passion for advisory work
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
