Advise employers on employee and corporate events from initial inquiry through to implementation
Develop bespoke event concepts and proposals
Lead sales conversations and manage the process through to contract signing
Provide professional client support via phone, email and digital channels
Source and acquire new event locations and partners
Work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way in a remote setting
Requirements
Strong sales aptitude and proven experience in sales
Relevant professional experience in tourism, hotel or event environments, or in a comparable commercial or sales-facing role
Solid commercial understanding with experience in pricing/quotation calculation, contract closures, proactive client development, and confident use of CRM and ERP systems
Independent, organized work style and motivation to work remotely
Open, professional and service-oriented manner
Excellent spoken and written German and English
