Analyze and interpret complex data: Use advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from market information, identifying trends, opportunities and risks for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to firm improvement: Drive the development and refinement of methodologies that broaden business perspectives and enable scalable solutions.
Develop presentation materials: Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations that clearly and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, Statistics or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
Professional experience: 3–4 years of experience in market research, strategic consulting, data analysis or related areas.
Analytical skills: Exceptional ability to work with complex systems and identify business-relevant insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese, with the ability to synthesize information and deliver presentations to key clients; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Project management: Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliverables.
Technical tools: Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools and, where applicable, SQL or BI tools).
Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and work under pressure.
Results orientation: Focus on delivering client value, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
