Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support by addressing commercial needs through consultative selling;
Introduce yourself to new clients after they are onboarded through the service channels (written and telephone);
Proactively contact clients to map performance and opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations;
Act proactively to anticipate potential churn and intervene to reverse it;
Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at helping build and develop the team;
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Sales/Commercial area;
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
Experience in proactive client outreach and B2B interactions;
Clear and effective communication;
Proficiency in managing multiple channels;
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team;
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems assertively;
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
