Support the team in daily activities related to existing systems and applications.
Identify and analyze requests for new solutions or improvements, products, and vendors.
Support and monitor IT project deployments.
Ensure planning and execution of application support and lifecycle management.
Interact with users at all levels to understand business needs.
Collect, analyze, and translate requirements into technical and functional specifications.
Develop high-quality documentation for each project, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, instructions, and handover documentation for support teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
Intermediate English;
Basic knowledge of SQL databases, DB2, IIS web server, AWS, and cloud-based environments.
