Role Overview
- Ensure project technical documentation
- Technical feasibility
- Requirements analysis and creation of use cases
- Creation of test plans
- Development-oriented documentation
- Monitor and update project progress
- Work with developers to resolve questions and remove blockers
- Frequent follow-ups with supervisors and Project Managers (PMs)
- Record and communicate blockers and risks
- Collaborate with Project Managers and coordination on resource planning and allocation
- Support effort estimation
- Requirements-gathering meetings for new projects
- Collect and participate in the critical review of lessons learned
- Post-project / post-delivery
- Practical suggestions for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Systems Analyst.
- Experience in projects involving:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Interviews with users / stakeholders
- Fundamental technical knowledge:
- SQL (queries, joins, filters, aggregations, reading relational models).
- It is a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of C# (ASP.NET) and PHP (Laravel)
