Assist in the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform.
Improve processes and create efficiencies within Salesforce.
Deploy new business processes and create enhancements for the current org.
Manage the internal Salesforce request inbox.
Create lists, reports, dashboards and facilitate other data requests within Salesforce.
Create and edit objects and fields.
Create and edit triggers and validation rules.
Create and edit Flows, Process Builder and Workflows.
Create and edit Profiles, Permission sets and Sharing Rules.
Create and edit Reports and Dashboards.
Work with the Salesforce team in a Scrum project environment.
Maintain the ticket queue and respond to our users in a timely, polite and efficient manner.
Process data loader and report creation requests.
Other duties or tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
2+ years in Salesforce software Administration is required.
Salesforce Administrator certificate is required.
Salesforce App Builder certificate is required.
Experience utilizing Flows, Process Builder and Workflows
Experience in Salesforce security setup
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Experience with Data Loader
Experience working in Sandboxes and using change sets to push development to Production.
Working knowledge of Lightning components is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.
Experience working with Page Layouts, Validation rules and Field Sharing
Knowledge of the financial service industry is a preferred.
