Own Customer and Territory Planning efforts for decentralized distribution in assigned geography.
Create plans that roll up to achieve AOP growth and profit targets.
Monthly plan review with Director along with quarterly plan updates.
Develop and implement distributor Joint Business plans aligned with territory plan goals.
Lead local category planning and customer acquisition activities.
Develop and implement distributor programs, where required.
Execute best in class sales training with DSR's and brokers.
Clearly Communicate the Ventura Customer Value Proposition.
Organize, manage, and implement customer teams to achieve territory plans.
Sell the full product mix to Foodservice distributors with a concentrated effort on developing business with Local Distribution and key operators.
Direct local Broker distributor activity.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or food service specialty training.
Minimum 5 years experience working in a sales capacity in the food service industry is preferred.
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce.com and using them on a laptop and mobile device.
Must have strong organization skills and be able to work with deadline constraints.
Must have strong communication skills ,both written and oral.
Must be familiar with other office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, printers, etc.
