Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in CAD modeling and CAM programming, including complex multi-axis workflows and digital manufacturing integration
High-level experience in Haas controls and Mastercam 5-axis or Mill: Turn machining strategies, simulation, and optimization
Ability to configure, test, validate, and deploy post processors across multiple machine platforms
Expertise in machine simulation, stock verification, probing systems, and virtual commissioning environments
Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data tools for technical documentation, training content, time studies, and executive-level presentations
Ability to travel 75% of the time or more via airline throughout the United States
