Role Overview
Identify and qualify new opportunities across European government markets
Build winning strategies, including competitor analysis and win themes
Collaborate with SMEs, legal, pricing, and operations to design compelling solutions
Build relationships with clients and partners to stay ahead of upcoming tenders
Lead the full bid lifecycle; from early capture to final submission and award
Craft high-quality, tailored proposals with strong value propositions
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries
Ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and commercially strong
Manage multiple live opportunities with tight deadlines
Run bid reviews and drive lessons learned
Improve win rates through smarter processes and insights
Contribute to bid libraries, tools, and best practices
Support smooth handover into delivery teams post-award
Requirements
Experience managing complex bids or tenders (government or similar environments)
Understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategy, detail, and deadlines
Comfortable working across international teams
Bonus points if you have: Experience with defence or clients like UK Ministry of Defence or NATO
Knowledge of European procurement frameworks
Languages such as French or German
Experience working with partners and subcontractors
