About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and support the hiring process end-to-end, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience
Help build and improve recruiting processes and systems as we scale
Support sourcing and pipeline development as needed
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across U.S. and international team members
Provide day-to-day support to employees, helping address questions and needs as they arise
Assist with benefits administration and general HR processes
Plan and support team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives
Support compliance across multiple geographies (U.S., UK, Ireland, and contractors globally)
Conduct research and stay up to date on employment laws and best practices
Help develop and maintain clear, lightweight internal guidelines and documentation
Assist with audits, insurance, and other operational compliance needs
Support implementation and management of HR tools, ATS, and internal systems
Assist with IT coordination, device management, and vendor relationships
Contribute to SOC 2 / ISO compliance initiatives and documentation efforts
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information
Balance speed and accuracy in a fast-moving environment
Proactively identify problems and drive solutions across people operations
Requirements
2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting, or a related role
Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee support, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts frequently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and operate with good judgment in ambiguous situations
High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
