About this role
Role Overview
Manage both in-house and outsourced physical collection operations (Escobs, ATPs, call centers, on-site rentals at units, etc.)
Monitor funnel performance of physical collection channels
Ensure strong performance and manage key indicators such as portfolio turnover, contact attempts, successful contacts, promises to pay and payments, as well as operational capacity management
Review monitoring insights from contacts and identify opportunities when quality scripts are not followed, or analyze performance to propose practical actions based on operators’ quality scores
Identify opportunities and market best practices to strategically manage Yduqs’ collections operation
Monitor operational profitability using the income statement (DRE) and manage third-party investment intentions in the portfolio by overseeing planned versus executed mass actions, etc.
Conduct regular on-site visits to maintain proximity and manage the portfolio
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Project Management, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Strategic Management, Law or a related field
Postgraduate degree completed (desirable)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of the higher education market (desirable, not mandatory) and collections (required)
Knowledge of collections operations
Experience managing third-party collection providers for portfolios with short
and long-term arrears
