Drive alignment and execute in-region planning & fulfilment activities in order to achieve and optimize shipment, revenue, inventory & market share goals.
Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, backlog management with support of remote team in India.
Drive smooth execution of customer orders from planning through shipment completion.
Monitor order status, backlog evolution, and shipment priorities to ensure on-time delivery performance.
Coordinate with category teams, factories, logistics providers, customer operations, and remote planning support teams to resolve order-related issues proactively.
Manage escalations related to supply constraints, delivery risks, or operational disruptions.
Analyze backlog trends and inventory availability to support fulfilment decisions.
Optimize inventory allocation based on business priorities and market requirements.
Monitor Weeks of Supply (WOS), stock ageing, and inventory health indicators.
Support actions to reduce excess inventory and minimize supply shortages.
Maximize attainment of fiscal and calendar month/quarter targets.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and reliable fulfilment execution.
Work closely with category, factory operations, customer operations, logistics, finance, and supply planning teams.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large and complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure
Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work across different IT systems and reporting platforms
Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage
Understanding of supply-demand planning principles is beneficial.
