Support end-to-end planning and fulfilment activities across assigned markets
Ensure optimal execution of shipments, revenue delivery, inventory targets, and market attainment
Act as a key interface between regional and global stakeholders
Coordinate supply chain activities across multiple functions including category management, factory operations, customer operations, logistics, and remote support teams
Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time shipment/delivery
Analyze market demand and supply data to optimize inventory levels and distribution strategies
Collaborate with central teams to align supply with market demand
Enhance customer satisfaction and collaborate on solving issues effectively
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and take corrective actions as needed
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain
Generate regular reports and analysis on order fulfilment performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, operations, logistics, or order fulfilment.
Fluency in English language skills (both written and verbal)
Self-driven person, taking ownership and able to drive end to end initiatives
Analytical skills and capacity to interpret complex data
Experienced Excel user
Strong communication skills, internal and towards external partners
Capability to work across different IT environments.
