Role Overview
- Work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and customize AI platform
- Deploy platform into customer VPCs/environments
- Integrate with customer systems (CRM, data platforms, APIs)
- Configure secure connectivity (VPC, PrivateLink, IAM)
- Customize AI workflows for QA automation and insights
- Troubleshoot across cloud, APIs, and AI pipelines
- Act as the bridge between customers and core engineering
Requirements
- 3–8 years experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer
- Strong AWS experience (VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS)
- Backend/API development (Python, Node.js, or Java)
- Experience with cloud networking and security
- Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
