Handles the financial administration of the department including budget management and executing/coordinating all accounting activities.
Manages departmental financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, program budgets, revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis.
Acts as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage the year-end process.
Updates forecasts and revenue for the financials in the Post Program Analysis spreadsheets.
Conducts ongoing analyses on enrollment, revenue, costs, and overall financial trends to develop strategic goals.
Prepares and reviews contracts for custom business.
Manages GSA reporting to ensure compliance.
Maintains financial records for federal audits.
Prepares quarterly and annual GSA reporting.
Manages 180 and 360 assessment reporting.
Prepares weekly assessment reports.
Acts as trusted advisor for assessment participants.
Performs other duties as assigned.
