Role Overview

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital and packaging projects
• Design and adapt packaging across product lines
• Create digital design assets for websites and campaigns
• Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all design outputs
• Develop and evolve key brand visuals
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Research and incorporate emerging design trends
• Design and develop responsive web pages
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize eCommerce landing pages
• Apply UX/UI best practices
• Develop reusable page templates
• Coordinate the execution of promotional web materials
• Review and refine the work of junior designers

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and web design work
• Expertise in responsive and mobile UX/UI design
• Experience using AI tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, highly organized, and accountable to deadlines
• Skilled in managing multiple projects
• Comfortable collaborating through digital tools
