Lead analytics project assignments from scoping to delivery and solve business problems through basic to advanced analytics as applicable
Regularly collaborate with US counterparts across the POD areas (Acquisition/Lifecycle/Products) to drive their priorities & deliverables
Acquire proficiency with different data tools, software, techniques to improve current capabilities and to create new analytics and data science solutions
Deliver projects adhering to timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management
Build a culture of delivering insights instead of data & reports
Deliver strategic insights across diverse open-ended projects
Actively discuss the projects, showcase & drive for implementation and gauge the business impact
Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2-4 yrs of experience in analytics in a financial service or in lieu of degree, minimum experience of 4-6 years of experience analytics in a financial service
2 to 4 years of hands-on Experience in SQL/ SAS /Tableau (2+ yrs of Hand on experience in SAS is Mandatory)
Comprehend key concepts & processes in Finance
Ability to Define Methodology, present insights to larger teams and influence decision making
Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint with superior data analyses and story boarding skills
Good understanding of credit card industry financial P&L drivers and key sensitivities
Strong written/oral communication & stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to independently deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems
