Role Overview
- Lead strategic growth through veterinary practice relationships and account management
- Create and execute strategic territory business plans with measurable targets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Develop account nurture programs to deepen client relationships
- Map and engage key stakeholders within assigned accounts
- Leverage video conferencing, phone, and digital tools for client communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B/B2B2C inside sales experience
- Strong virtual selling and consultative communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Adaptable mindset for working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 30 days
- Experience with digital and social selling tactics
- Startup environment, animal health or veterinary sales background
- Existing Property & Casualty Producers license
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and consultative B2B sales
