About this role
Role Overview
Actioning tasks in the shared mailbox including managing travel arrangements, organising events, and producing documentation
Supporting the compliance of business processes
Organising training courses and onboarding actions for new starters
General administration duties including document library and archiving control
Manage CV library and invoice/purchase order administration
Requirements
A keen knowledge of Security, both data and physical
Strong stakeholder and written communication or marketing experience
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation
Good team player and willing to support the team
Ability to communicate in a concise manner (oral and written) at all levels within the organisation, and to liaise with senior personnel
A good knowledge of software packages (MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams etc.)
Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Good time management skills
Relevant experience in a similar position
