Manage the end-to-end closure process of operational units (PA, PAB and similar);
Receive, analyze and prioritize requests according to deadlines, complexity and criticality;
Coordinate partner contractors to conduct technical inspections;
Ensure scope alignment before field activities are executed;
Analyze, review and validate budgets based on technical criteria and the price table (LPU);
Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial and operational compliance;
Manage the approval workflow with responsible areas, performing follow-ups until final approval;
Plan and schedule executions, coordinating access, deadlines and operational requirements;
Oversee and manage the execution of works, ensuring quality and adherence to the scope;
Track indicators, deadlines, costs and status of activities;
Prepare technical reports, assessments (laudos) and photographic records;
Perform data entry and document control in internal systems (including SAP);
Act as the focal point between internal teams and suppliers, ensuring clear and agile communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Electrical) or related fields;
Experience in construction management, technical services or operations;
Experience in budget analysis and validation;
Experience in supplier relationship management;
Knowledge of cost control and performance indicators;
Strong organizational skills, analytical ability and a sense of prioritization;
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
