Understand existing Hitachi Energy project and quality processes and identify connections to BIM workflows.
Develop, standardize, and maintain BIM process documentation, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures and quality requirements.
Define and manage the integration of BIM processes with other functions (Engineering, Project Management, Quality, SCM, and Site) in collaboration with the BIM core team.
Develop specifications, templates, guidelines, and work instructions.
Lead change management activities, including organizing and facilitating workshops, and coordinating process updates.
Analyze data and manage KPIs through Power BI.
Ensure consistency and traceability of information across functions.
Use 3D models, Revit, and BIM platforms to support process mapping and improvements.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar
8–12 years of experience in EPC projects or large engineering environments
Experience in process management and quality system documentation
Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools
Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Practical experience using BIM platforms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a multicultural, matrix environment
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
