About this role
Role Overview
Spearhead the execution of personalized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to active product adoption
Partner with customers to co-create and maintain Success Plans that define clear goals, objectives, and actionable milestones
Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to optimize the onboarding journey and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying resources and best practices that empower customers to achieve superior business outcomes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a SaaS environment
Deep understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices for client engagement
Proven track record of managing complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communicator with ability to present ideas clearly to diverse groups of stakeholders
High degree of ownership and ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements
