About this role
Role Overview
Provide on-site technical support to end users in a government enterprise environment
Manage face-to-face interactions with users and document activities in the IT ticketing system
Conduct advanced troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and software
Collaborate with IT teams to deliver timely solutions to IT incidents and service requests
Assist users with account setups, password resets, and access management following security protocols
Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory for proper asset management
Requirements
U.S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
3-4 years of experience in deskside or technical support role
Current 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification
Problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with IT service management tools
Experience working in a team environment
