Role Overview
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication
Address client inquiries, issues, and requests with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and updates under the guidance of the Account Executive
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
Support Account Executive in developing account strategies and identifying opportunities for account growth
Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Executive, benefit administrator, sales) to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and deadlines
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and Account Executive
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and invoices
Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or client service experience with large and/or self-funded accounts (required)
Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Excel
Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Travel may be required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a business or financial related discipline or experience in lieu of degree (preferred)
Professional designation (preferred)
Minimum typing speed of 40 to 50 words per minute (preferred)
Agency Management System knowledge (preferred)
