Prepare, file, and manage business license applications, renewals, and payments across all applicable jurisdictions.
Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely compliance with all business license obligations.
Research and interpret licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to gather required information and ensure compliance.
Maintain and update internal databases or tracking tools with relevant license information and status.
Identify and work with management to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance.
Participate in system enhancement projects or automation initiatives related to licensing.
Act as a backup resource for sales & use and property tax teams during filing season, month-end, or other peak times.
Assist with compiling data and documentation for tax audits, as needed.

1+ years of experience in Indirect Taxes, Accounting/Finance, or Business Licenses
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, or related field
