Role Overview
Leads the back of house operations and maintains the flow of product from receipt to placement.
Supports the customer experience to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment.
Leads by example in providing extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
Actively participates as the Customer Experience Manager by driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication.
Oversees organizational standards in back of house and exercises creative decision-making to impact organization and efficiency.
Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities and IT issues.
Collaborates with key partners to effectively lead the shipment process.
Requirements

2+ years of retail leadership experience
Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
