Design and maintain robust logical and physical data models that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and operational data needs.
Develop and maintain complex database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by validating transformations and outputs against defined requirements.
Provide technical guidance related to database development, data modeling, and ETL design.
Support the promotion of database and ETL changes through development, testing, and production environments.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a database development role (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Expert-level SQL development including complex joins, window functions, subqueries, and query optimization.
Strong experience designing logical and physical data models that support enterprise reporting and analytics.
Extensive experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data transformation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data relationships and business logic.
Ability to analyze system behavior, identify root causes of data issues, and implement effective technical solutions.
Experience improving database and ETL performance through indexing strategies, query optimization, and efficient data structures.
Ability to clearly document data models, ETL processes, technical logic, and system dependencies.
