Role Overview

• Lead and manage the end-to-end claims process across multiple product lines
• Ensure efficient, fair, and compliant claims handling in line with regulatory requirements
• Drive operational excellence, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing claims team
• Monitor claims trends, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience within short-term insurance claims
• Proven experience in motor and non-motor claims (personal lines and wealth exposure essential)
• Strong knowledge of claims processes, governance, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
