Focus on generating demand and qualifying sales leads for new and existing customers.
Partner with Field Sales Representatives to communicate the strengths and value of the IDEXX Livestock, Poultry and Dairy products.
Qualify marketing generated leads and generate leads for new customers and new business for Livestock, Poultry and Dairy products.
Sell the value of IDEXX LPD rapid assay portfolio, including various tests.
Set up Onsite and Bovine Laboratory demo appointments for aligned field-based Livestock Diagnostic Specialists.
Build, manage, and document a sales and lead pipeline through Salesforce.com.
Establish credibility among customers through demonstration of product knowledge and a consultative sales approach.
Work effectively with leadership & cross-functional teams to ensure success & optimal customer experience.
Requirements
3+ years of inside sales experience
Experience in Diagnostics, Animal Health/Veterinary, and/or Agriculture field(s) are a plus.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong active listening skills and be able to ask follow-up questions in order to further understand and uncover customers’ specific needs.
Highly effective verbal and communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).
