Support program management in transformation projects and take ownership of assigned work packages.
Prepare management meetings and relevant briefing materials.
Document work in accordance with governance requirements and support budget monitoring.
Analyze cost and efficiency measures and present results in a clear, actionable format.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses, prepare decision papers, and coordinate with stakeholders.

University degree (e.g., Bachelor) or equivalent qualification.
Initial experience working on projects or programs.
Experience applying artificial intelligence in project environments.
Strong numerical affinity and good analytical and conceptual skills.
Experience preparing decision papers and project documentation.
Excellent German and English language skills.
Proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Self-motivated, experience in the financial services sector, and enthusiasm for transforming the personal banking segment.
