Overseeing information security for a specific IT sector
Collaborating with the chief security officer’s representative, that is to say, business security officers (BSO)
Serving as a sectoral expert for certain cross-sector files to help improve the way IT teams are managed
Acting as a representative of the Desjardins Security Office to influence critical suppliers with their information security service delivery
Serving as a sectoral expert for large-scale projects with a high level of complexity, including major projects and business acquisitions
Proactively influencing the IT teams that report to you
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in information security and/or the general tech sector
Experience managing information security risk and managing vulnerabilities
Experience in executive communication and reporting
Recognized security certifications including, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CAMS or any other relevant certification
Advanced oral and written communication skills in French
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Mastery of the strategic and pragmatic aspects of implementing information security requirements
