Role Overview
- Provide 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM operations
- Handle privileged access requests and service tickets via ServiceNow
- Support onboarding of privileged and service accounts under guidance
- Perform password vaulting and basic policy execution
- Monitor PAM jobs, alerts, and scheduled tasks
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
- Follow SOPs and security controls for PAM operations
- Support audit evidence collection and compliance activities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IAM / PAM / IT Operations
- Basic working knowledge of PAM concepts (BeyondTrust preferred)
- Understanding of AD, Windows, and Linux fundamentals
- Experience working in 24x7 shift-based environments
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
