Lead and manage front-end engineering teams to deliver high-quality web applications
Define and drive front-end architecture strategy using Angular or React and Microfrontend architecture
Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and backend teams
Build and promote reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design standards across teams
Oversee implementation of modular, independently deployable front-end applications
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, performance optimization, and accessibility
Guide teams in CI/CD implementation, release management, and DevOps integration for front-end applications
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor engineering managers, team leads, and developers
Drive engineering excellence through agile methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in software development, focusing on front-end engineering
3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React
Experience designing and implementing Microfrontend architecture in enterprise applications
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles
Experience with component-driven development and modern front-end build tools
Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and web security best practices
Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
