Role Overview
- Support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading business solutions
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT rollouts or upgrades
- Respond to moderately and highly complex development and correction requests
- Propose implementation plans and solutions to improve standards, policies and programs
- Coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
