Support a wide range of real estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and related documentation.
Manage transaction workstreams including CPs, timelines and closing processes.
Assist with structured real estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactions.
Support infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectors.
Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams.
Contribute to business development activities including pitches and credentials.

Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or infrastructure finance.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Collaborative, commercially aware and proactive.
