The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through execution and delivery within the POS and Payments team.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive process improvement, mentoring project team members, and advancing project management maturity across the organization.
Collaborate closely across delivery, product, and engineering functions.
Create and manage risk and issue log, identify and mitigate project risks early.

8+ years of project management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability at building strong relations with all levels in the organization
Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
Adaptable and Agile for shifting priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and presentation tools
Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS and payment integrations (e.g. Verifone, Adyen, WorldPay, etc) a bonus
Understanding of retail operations, in-store technologies, and omnichannel commerce a bonus.
