Role Overview
- Support financial leadership and strategic analysis for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular franchises across LATAM
- Develop and support frameworks and processes to evaluate New Product Launches
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve profitability
- Actively support financial forecasting cycles
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or other analytical finance roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels and functions
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regional environment
