Investment & Strategy Analyst

Role Overview

• Gather, analyze, and summarize data and key metrics for sites under evaluation
• Track and manage key underwriting changes through the deal cycle
• Evaluate building or campus expected performance against business cases
• Develop sensitivity analyses on key assumptions for business case performance
• Prepare power point presentations to communicate the results of analyses
• Manage and update high-level underwriting modeling templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years real estate or finance experience
• Financial modeling experience is required
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, underwriting and investment structuring
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerBI, and Outlook
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
