About this role

Monitor and provide support to the import and export operations team;
Monitor purchase orders, item master records, and system configurations to prevent operational impact;
Record expenses and authorize payments for the accounts payable team;
Update and monitor the area's performance indicators;
Support internal stakeholders by advising on operations and best practices;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and risk mitigation in the supply chain;
Participate in international trade projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or International Relations;
Proven experience in international trade;
Advanced English;
Analytical and results-oriented profile;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Organized, proactive, and able to apply critical judgment in decision-making;
Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, ERPs (Oracle), and OSGT;
