Build agency-level creator programs that position OverCast as a destination for top TikTok Shop creators
Partner with TikTok Shop platform teams on best practices and emerging opportunities
Develop scalable onboarding, communication, and retention frameworks
Own relationships with highest-performing creators across the portfolio
Create bespoke growth plans for top-tier creators
Serve as escalation point for high-stakes creator issues
Build feedback loops to inform program improvements
Present creator program strategy and performance to enterprise clients
Translate creator/affiliate data into clear narratives for brand stakeholders
Represent OverCast's creator capabilities in new business pitches and QBRs
Manage 2-3 junior Creator Managers
Establish workflows, KPIs, and quality standards
Ensure consistent messaging across all creator communications
Leverage TikTok Shop analytics to identify high-potential creators and measure ROI
Build reporting frameworks connecting creator activity to GMV outcomes
Requirements
5+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or talent management
Experience managing creator relationships at scale (100+ active)
Comfortable presenting to enterprise C-suite and brand stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, can translate dashboards to action
