Support activities of the Internal Communication and Culture area, contributing to the execution of the team's actions and initiatives with supervision and guidance;
Assist in creating and updating written and visual content for the different internal communication channels.
Publish announcements and support internal campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's culture and values.
Collaborate on initiatives related to organizational culture and employee engagement.
Support the planning, organization and execution of internal events, both in-person and online.
Assist in organizing materials, lists, invitations, supporting communications and operational tasks related to events.
Support administrative and operational routines of the area, as needed.
Requirements
Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or HR Management. Courses starting from the 2nd semester, in-person or hybrid.
Strong active listening skills, ease working in a team, and commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
Good written communication skills and interest in developing writing/editing abilities.
Basic knowledge of Spanish and English (desirable).
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, with an interest in learning and developing proficiency with these platforms.
