Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of SHEC (Safety, Health, Environment and Communities) management systems;
Consolidate, analyze and report performance indicators (KPIs) for Safety, Health, Environment and Communities;
Monitor and control action plans arising from audits, inspections, risk assessments and management reviews;
Support the management of legal requirements and programs such as PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and reports related to unhealthy and hazardous working conditions;
Correctly record and classify reportable incidents from the units; document and participate in incident and deviation investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions;
Manage incidents reported by the units, including initial records for control and statistics, critical review of reports, monitoring action plans in the system, issuing a monthly statistical report and a detailed annual statistical report;
Ensure the control and submission of legal information (eSocial, CAT, PPP and related documents);
Participate in meetings, providing critical technical analysis and presenting results, as well as supporting management decision-making by supplying technical data and information;
Support monitoring of environmental requirements and management of environmental indicators;
Manage and monitor relationships with communities;
Monitor and manage the community communication channel ("Fale Conosco"/Contact Us);
Assist in planning and implementing mandatory corporate and safety development trainings;
Interface with internal areas, operations and partners;
Support strategic projects and internal and external audits;
Support the department's administrative routines to ensure successful audits, business travel and events organized by the area, as well as procurement and payment for services and products;
Conduct site visits according to the Safety schedule.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or completed Technical Certification in Occupational Safety;
Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering (postgraduate preferred);
Previous experience in Occupational Safety, preferably in the energy, mining or infrastructure sectors;
Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation;
Experience implementing or maintaining SHEC/SSMA management systems;
Practical knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management);
Experience developing and monitoring performance indicators and creating dashboards;
Experience managing environmental contracts, including compliance with legal requirements and conditions;
Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement or management of institutional communication channels;
Experience overseeing and supervising contracted companies and service providers;
Participation in internal and/or external audits, including preparation, monitoring and resolution of non-conformities;
