About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for requesting invoices (NFs) from suppliers, maintaining effective control of the fixed expenses spreadsheet;
- Enter supplier invoices into the system;
- Create Excel spreadsheets to track: advance payment schedules, billings, supplier invoices, accounts payable, and project openings and closings;
- Management and filing of bank payment receipts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Practical experience in the field;
- Experience with ADNnet and Protheus systems preferred.
