Responsible for supporting the analysis, development, maintenance, and documentation of internal systems and applications.
Identify user needs, conduct requirements gathering, analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
Support the implementation of technology solutions that contribute to the organization’s operational efficiency.
Work closely with IT teams and business areas, following established best practices and standards.
Deliver consistent results on projects and participate in operational decision-making.
Support and mentor the Junior Systems Analyst and Assistant; propose improvements, collaborate on projects, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Education: Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in IT / Systems Analysis.
Intermediate English.
Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and functional analysis.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with SQL, relational databases, and query writing for analysis.
Understanding of software architecture, integrations (APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP), and solution patterns.
Intermediate ability to read and interpret code or programming logic (C#, Java, Python, etc.).
Experience with demand and requirements management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
