About this role
Role Overview
Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and order-related issues
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies
Manage and organize customer support tickets using Zendesk or similar tools
Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds through Shopify
Collaborate with the team via Slack and other communication platforms
Maintain a positive and helpful brand voice in all interactions
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills (required)
Proven experience answering customer emails (required)
Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar email support tools (required)
Experience using Shopify (required)
Background in e-commerce customer support (required)
Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be available consistently, 7 days a week
