Motivate and coach sales leaders and teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and execute regional strategies to improve performance and profitability.
Train franchise owners and sales leaders on Window World’s sales process and methodology.
Achieve regional revenue and profitability goals for Window World products.
Complete weekly store visits and submit detailed visit reports to the VP of Sales.
Support and implement corporate initiatives across the franchise network.
Requirements
Proven track record in in-home sales, with leadership experience.
10+ years experience in the home improvement industry.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and influence across multiple locations.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and performance-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM solution(s) a plus.
Home based office needed for administrative and reporting functions.
