Experience in Test automation, Continuous Integration & Deployment pipelines, and other more technical fields of testing such as integration testing, performance testing etc.
Experience in software development or leading software projects
A modern Quality Engineering mindset
Experience in leveraging AI tooling for productivity
The ability to take initiative to make things happen and drive things forward
