Planning and management of marketing campaigns (email, performance marketing, telesales, etc.) for the content products in the HR domain that you are responsible for
Development of creative go-to-market approaches and campaign ideas to reach new customers
Coordination of freelance authors, speakers, designers and subject-matter experts to produce high-quality content
Analysis of your products' and campaigns' performance using modern reporting tools
Identification of new topics, trends and product ideas in close collaboration with customers and the market
Requirements
Completed degree, e.g., in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications or Business Administration
Ideally first practical experience in marketing, product management or the B2B environment (e.g., through internships or working-student positions)
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and enjoyment of working independently
Analytical mindset: numbers and analyses help you optimize your activities
Prior knowledge in human resources or co-determination is not required – passion for strong marketing matters more
